Peugeot have actually been making pepper mills longer than they’ve been manufacturing cars, so they know a thing or two when it comes to cracking a peppercorn. This salt and pepper set comes with a lifetime guarantee, which says something about the faith Peugeot have in their own product.
Besides looking uber chic with the salt mill posing in shades of stone-white and the pepper mill standing tall in slate grey, they do justice to those rocks of salt and corns of pepper, ensuring that seasoning in the kitchen is never an arduous task.

The people at Pieminister have happened on something pretty special – gorgeous pie recipes. Their hand made, golden-topped pies have been selling on their stand at Borough Market since 2004, and even the Queen has had a taste of Pieminister fare.
Their range of pies all have affectionate names, and we got our mouths around the Matador Pie, Heidi Pie, Mr Porky Pie and the rather grand sounding Chicken of Aragon Pie.

It would be pretty mean to give someone a box of empty chocolates as a gift, but that’s what you risk happening if you buy a box of these truffles. Charbonnel et Walker’s Pink Marc de Champagne Truffles are eye-brow-archingly good. For me it’s 3 things that make these truffles taste so good:
The white chocolate outer shell. Genius.
The buttery, chocolate ganache inside.
The expertly balanced boozy kick of Marc de Champagne.

The Pomegranate fruit looks as inviting as it tastes, but there are logisistical difficulties when it comes to eating the fruit inside.

Before you go stock piling said chocolate, remember that you do need to eat the occasional orange – just to balance things out. If however, you are devouring a bar of this stuff with real verve and someone should question your choice of food stuff, just remind them that two squares of dark CHOXI+ contain all the antioxidants your body needs for a whole day.

This is an unusual liqueur, not least because the inspiration for it was created by a fusion of Eastern and Western thinking. Launched by the sake experts at Isake, it’s actually a plum wine liqueur, made from Golden Japan plums, grown in Moissac, France. The plums are steeped in grape spirits for 11 months, and the resulting liquid is then aged in French oak brandy casks.
The result is a liqueur that smells of a mix of Cointreau, marzipan and apricots.
